Hunting Trip 2003 Photos


Venison Jerky Recipe
(Send your venison recipes in for all to share.)

The Brian Kurtz way: 

2 LBs venison
1 tsp TenderQuick Salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp Accent
4 TBs Liquid Smoke
1/2 cup soy sauce

-Slice meat to 1/8 to 1/4 inch strips.
-Combine all ingredients, except meat in a flat
dish, lay meat in the marinade.
-Refrigerate  10-12 hours.
-Drain place on rack in a pan.
-125 degree oven, bake 8-10 hours.
