Artichoke Dip
Serves 6 hungry women with Triscuit crackers.

1 can artichokes, drained and chopped.
1 and 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese. (In  cheese section already shred)
 3/4 cups mayo
2 tsp minced garlic (again from  jar in produce).

Mix it all together and place in an  8 x 8 Pyrex dish. Bake  until golden edges form, 375 for 20 minutes or so.
