5 lbs raw chicken wings (If whole, disjoint and discard wing tip.) 2 cups soy sauce 1 1/2 cups water 1 tsp powdered mustard 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 TBS lemon juice
Marinate minimum 2 hours. Slowly grill until done, about 25 minutes.
