Oct 5-Oct 7
Brian was invited and competed in the Weekly Challenge Tournament of Champions. It was a 3 day event. Out of a field of 120 he placed 3rd. He won a trophy and a prize of $500, plus $187 in skins win.

September 30- Hole in One!!
Brian enters the elite group of lucky individuals in obtaining A HOLE IN ONE. He played the the Kankakee Elks Club, hole 5, 137 yard par 3 with an 8 iron. His overall score was a record 73.

September 28
Brian wins the Weekly Challenge Tournament at Heritage Bluffs. First Place purse is $443. This was the last chance for the season. Brian was the defending champion from last year. See the Birdie Class results here. Click

September 27
Betty collected end of season prizes at the FCC 18 holers golf & luncheon. She received a beautiful bracelet for her second place finish in the 2nd class Club Championship 3 day event held this summer. She received a beautiful set of engraved wine glasses for her win in match play competition. She also received $76 in point money for the season.

Haley placed FIRST in the FCC 3 Hole Girls Golf Season. Congratulations Haley!

August 13
Betty wins a trophy for closest to the pin and a trophy for longest putt during the 2001 Glendale Heights Fraternal Order of Police Golf Outing at Glendale Lakes Golf Course.

July 28th & 29th
Brian and Betty WIN The FCC's Husband & Wife Championship for the second year in a row. The two day event (played in sweltering heat) included a Best Ball event and a combined net score format. After the two events, they were tied for first place. The competition moved onto a 2 hole playoff. They won by one point. The two must now go on to represent FCC in the Chicago District Golf Association's Husband & Wife tournament this Fall.

June 28
Brian competed in a Weekly Challenge Competition at Water's Edge Golf Course and obtained a 3 skins wins totaling $186.

Father's Day 2001
BRIAN golfed early in the day on Father's Day and was rewarded with a NEW Career Low of 74 at FCC.

May 18th
Brian competed in the Weekly Challenge Balmoral Woods competition. He secured 8th place with a win of $75. He obtained his first eagle of the season on the 9th hole, par 5. He was awarded $164 for that hole.

May 11 & 12
Brian competed in the 2 day Weekly Challenge Heritage Bluff's tournament. The weather was brutal, but he was able to come in 6th place with a win of $200. He was the defending champion from last year. For more information: Click Here

Good Friday 2001
Golf Season begins with a prestigious win for Brian in the annual 'Applied Systems Good Friday Open'. Brian accomplished this task by winning the coveted 'Team Total Award' AND 'Low Gross' with a 78. He won the entire purse for the event with a win of $88 and a handsome trophy. Congratulations Brian!

FCC Invitational Results in Family Win!
Flossmoor CC's 2 day, 45 hole event netted a great win for DAVID. David won first place in the St. Andrews class. His efforts won $300, plus he took an additional $187 for a skins competition. Congratulations!!
